Brya Services Senior Concierge helps older adults and their families organize everyday household needs. We are a coordination company: we take the request, help reach independent local providers, and keep communication in one place.

Why We Exist
Families often call five businesses before finding one that answers. Our concierge team exists to make that first call the only call, with clear language, patient conversation, and no pressure to book anything.
How We Work
- Tell Us What Help Is Needed. Share the household task, the city and ZIP Code, and the best way to reach you using the online request form.
- We Help Coordinate With a Local Provider. Our concierge team helps coordinate with an independent local provider on pricing, availability, and scheduling.
- Job Done. The independent local provider completes the household task at the scheduled time.
What We Are Not
We are not a home health agency, a medical provider, or an emergency service. We do not provide medical care, nursing care, personal care, medication management, transportation, emergency response, mental-health services, or home health services. For an emergency, call 9-1-1.
Respect and Dignity First
Older adults decide what help they want. We speak directly with the senior whenever possible, and we only discuss a request with family members when the senior has authorized it.
