Information We Collect
We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, the senior's city, state, and ZIP Code, the household task requested, and any notes you add.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, Medicare or Medicaid numbers, insurance information, bank-account or credit-card information, medical records, diagnoses, medication details, detailed health information, legal documents, or government identification through this website.
How We Use Information
We use your information to review your request, check local provider availability, share the details needed with independent local providers who may be able to help, and follow up with you about your request.
We may use aggregated, de-identified information to understand which services and areas are most requested.
Sharing With Independent Providers
To coordinate a request, we may share your name, contact details, location, and task description with independent local providers.
Independent providers are separate businesses and handle information under their own policies. We do not control their privacy practices.
Family and Authorized Contacts
We only discuss a senior's request with a family member or other contact when the senior has authorized it, or when the contact is an authorized representative acting within their authority.
Data Retention and Security
We keep request information only as long as needed to coordinate the request and meet recordkeeping needs, then dispose of it securely.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may ask us to update or delete your request information, or to stop contacting you, by calling or emailing us using the details on our contact page.
