Our Role Is Coordination Only
We are a non-medical household-services coordination company. We help organize household-service requests and communication, and we help connect clients with independent local service providers.
We do not directly employ housekeepers, lawn crews, snow-removal crews, handymen, laundry providers, meal-delivery companies, home health aides, nurses, or other service providers unless specifically verified. Services are performed by independent local providers.
Not Medical or Emergency Services
We do not provide medical care, nursing care, personal care, medication management, transportation, emergency response, mental-health services, or home health services.
This website is not a substitute for 911, emergency services, a physician, a home health agency, or other licensed health or social-service professionals. For a medical emergency, immediate safety concern, or suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation, call 9-1-1 or the appropriate local emergency or protective-services agency.
No Guarantees of Availability or Outcome
Submitting a request does not create an obligation for you to book any service, and it does not guarantee that a provider is available.
Availability varies by location, service type, local provider capacity, weather, and project needs. We do not guarantee pricing, scheduling, results, or provider performance.
Independent Providers
Independent providers determine whether they can accept a request and confirm their own pricing, availability, qualifications, insurance, licensing, service scope, and scheduling.
We do not supervise, control, employ, certify, license, insure, or guarantee the work of independent providers. You are always free to select, decline, change, or discontinue any provider.
Handyman, Meal, and Snow Limitations
Handyman coordination is limited to requests that independent providers are qualified and permitted to perform. Electrical, plumbing, gas, structural, roofing, pest-control, accessibility, permit, and code-related work may require a properly qualified or licensed provider, depending on local requirements.
Meal-delivery coordination is limited to helping with non-medical ordering or service setup. We do not provide dietary counseling, medical nutrition therapy, medication advice, or food-safety advice.
Snow-removal coordination is seasonal, location dependent, and cannot be guaranteed during storms, severe weather, high-demand periods, or local emergencies.
Acceptable Use
Use this website only for lawful purposes and only to submit requests you are authorized to make.
Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identification information through this website.
Limitation of Liability
