Ask what is included in a standard visit and what is considered extra.

Ask who brings cleaning supplies and whether any products should be avoided in the home.

Pricing, Access, and Scheduling

Ask how pricing works for one-time and recurring visits, and how cancellations are handled.

Agree on entry, parking, pets, and who will be home during the visit.
