List Weekly, Monthly, and Seasonal Tasks

Weekly: laundry and tidying. Monthly: cleaning visits and yard upkeep.

Seasonal: leaf removal, and snow clearing where weather and providers allow.

Write Down Contacts and Permissions

Note who may be contacted and who may speak on the senior's behalf.

Review the plan when needs or preferences change.
